MEDIATION SERVICES
Mediation services offer opportunities to manage and resolve conflicts cooperatively , in a space of freedom, listening and trust, prioritizing the sharing of emotions, identification of needs and the construction of satisfactory solutions for all people participating in the mediation process.
It focuses on the prevention, management, and collaborative resolution of conflicts within communities and in socio-community contexts. It encompasses conflict situations between institutions and individuals or groups of individuals within a community, intervention in neighborhoods, associations, parishes, or municipalities with the aim of promoting and/or consolidating relationships and social cohesion in the territories.
COMMUNITY MEDIATION
It focuses on the prevention, management, and collaborative resolution of conflicts in school settings. It covers conflict situations between students, between students and teachers, non-teaching staff, and/or parents/guardians. It includes the development of programs to promote coexistence and conflict resolution within educational communities.
SCHOOL MEDIATION
It focuses on the collaborative management and resolution of conflicts in contexts involving the family, such as separation or divorce, intergenerational relationships, inheritance, and parental and intergenerational responsibilities.
FAMILY MEDIATION
It focuses on the collaborative management and resolution of conflicts involving people, groups, or institutions from different cultures, which consequently give rise to conflicts of various kinds, such as access to rights and relevant information, interpersonal or intergroup relations.
